  So glad you asked. First a mixup when I arrived in Fletcher. The reps couldn't find my reservation and I don't know if it would have gotten resolved but for the airport employee who worked on it in my behalf. Then my billing receipt via email reflected an astounding amount SIX times over amount due. Obviously an error but I cannot get anyone at that location to respond to me and the general help site refers me back to Fletcher location. This experience has dampened my enthusiasm for Enterprise. It has always been my car rental choice.
